No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. We operate with a strict no returns policy, and no exceptions can be made. We appreciate your understanding and trust in our offerings.

Warranty
Although we do not offer refunds, we provide a free 12-month mechanical warranty on all watches and a 12-month warranty on all other items. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship.

Repairs & Damaged Items 
If your item is damaged or requires repair, please contact us immediately. You can either send the item back to us or visit our store to arrange for the necessary repairs.
