THE PROCESS

1. CONSULTATION

Schedule a free virtual appointment with one of our experts to discuss your vision and explore all possibilities for your custom jewellery. We'll provide an estimated price, and to move forward, a minimum 25% deposit is required.

2. CUSTOM DESIGN

After your deposit is received, we will craft an initial digital design (CAD) of your jewellery. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with our team to refine the design and make any adjustments before it’s finalised and ready for production.

3. CREATION

Once you're completely satisfied with the final design, our skilled artisans will begin the intricate work of bringing your custom piece to life with the utmost precision and care.

4. COLLECTION & DELIVERY

Once your piece is complete, we will notify you. You can choose to collect it from a designated location or have it delivered via our secure, insured, and tracked service. The remaining balance can be paid at this stage.

How long does it take to create a custom piece?

The timeframe can vary depending on the design process, material, and the level of detail involved. Every piece is made from scratch and handled with care, so I’ll keep you informed throughout to ensure a smooth and transparent experience from start to finish.

Can I see a design before it's made?

Yes - I’ll provide a digital sketch or mock-up of your piece for your approval before production begins. This ensures you're happy with the design before any materials are used.

How does the custom jewellery process work?

At Daleys, every custom piece starts with a one-on-one consultation. I’ll work closely with you to understand your vision, answer any questions, and help guide the design. If you’re happy to move forward, a deposit is required to begin the design stage. I’ll then create a CAD (digital) design of your piece, which you’ll be able to review and request any changes to. Once you’ve approved the design, I’ll begin crafting the piece by hand. The remaining balance is paid before collection or delivery - and from there, your custom piece becomes reality.

What is the cost of a custom piece?

Every custom piece I create is designed from scratch, tailored to each individual client - so there’s no fixed price. Costs can vary depending on the design, materials, size, and overall detail involved.
